RimRock is a team of independent thinkers and doers who take a lot of pride on their every day work. We are not happy until our client is in awe. That is why we created and develop our own internal team of trades people. We like to control the jobs from start to finish, and don’t love having to rely on other companies, and their busy schedules to do the work that was entrusted in us in the first place by the client.

We rarely sub work out to other contractors unless we know our sub-contractor well, and know they will perform the work at a level we have come to expect from our own teams. It may take us a little more time, but in the end it will be done right and we make sure the client is happy. That is how we get our best referrals.
